(The complete plot for this South Park Episode)

The South Park children build a church-shaped shack to live in sinlessness, and do not go to school, avoid home as much as possible, and listen earnestly to Cartman, who acts like a televangelist preacher. Meanwhile, Kenny calls from Ensenada, Mexico (about 60 miles (95 km) south of Tijuana on the Baja California peninsula) where the bus he was run over by in the previous episode dragged him and which he thinks is Hell. Cartman uses his description of Ensenada as the "Underworld" for his next sermon.
Meanwhile, in the real Hell, Satan is now in a love triangle situation with his former lover, Saddam, and his present one, Chris. Chris and Saddam repeatedly murder each other, only to reappear since they are in Hell in the first place. Satan wonders if he should be with Saddam, whom he finds sexually attractive, or Chris, who is kinder and nicer. JonBenét Ramsey, who is in Hell, then suggests that he ask God for help.
In the meantime, The Hell Director welcomes a group of new arrivals to Hell. Many of them are observant religious people who express surprise at being there, but they are told that only Mormons were right after all and are saved.
Satan goes to visit God (with the same strange appearance as seen in Are You There God? It's Me, Jesus). God wonders how come his rebellious enemy has become "a whiny little bitch" and suggests he dump both lovers and to learn to appreciate himself, stating that it's how good relationships grow. Realizing this, Satan agrees and thanks God for his counsel before returning back to Hell.
Meanwhile, Cartman has turned the children's church into an Evangelical-type cult and attempts to perform miracles during his services. Soon, Stan and Kyle discover Cartman swimming in cash in the back room. He reveals to Stan and Kyle that he only opened the church to con kids out of money. Stan and Kyle are disillusioned by this, but they can't do anything about it as long as other children give their money to Cartman. Sister Anne however asks Jesus to visit. Jesus tells the children that God does not want them to be afraid of Hell or to just worship all day, but to help others and live good happy lives. The children, touched by this, agree with Jesus and decide to leave to do their daily tasks in home and school (much to Stan and Kyle's relief and to Cartman's dismay). Deciding to teach Cartman a lesson for conning kids of their money, Jesus angrily sends Cartman somewhere "worse" than Hell - Mexico - to think about his sins, and Cartman happens to meet Kenny at the bus stop. This is one of the few episodes in the first five seasons of South Park where Kenny does not die.
A similar event happens in Hell. Satan tells Saddam and Chris that he does not want to be with either of them and tells them to go away. Chris agrees and leaves Satan, but Saddam refuses to go, saying that he will not let Satan leave him. Even after Satan explains his intent to be single, Saddam continues to harass him, swearing that no one leaves him. Having had enough, the Devil then angrily burns a hole in Saddam's chest, and reveals that he has "asked an old friend for a favor", which to asking God to transport Saddam to Heaven, forcing him to spend eternity with the Mormons. Saddam yells as he is taken on their shoulders, viewing this as Hell to himself.
