South Park Spoiler Alert!
(The complete plot for this South Park Episode)

South Park citizens are in panic as late one night when they discover that a cartoon is going to show an episode featuring Muhammad as a character. Everyone hides in the Community Center for fear of a Islamic terrorist attack and Randy announces that the cartoon is Family Guy. The next morning, everyone is thrilled to find out that there was no attack. Jimbo hears on the radio that Fox censored out the image of Muhammad at the last minute and tells everyone, much to their delight.
Kyle is doubtful of Cartman's motives, but after a dream where his brother Ike is blown up in a terrorist bombing, he realizes it is for the greater good to get the episode pulled, and decides to go with Cartman. Meanwhile, the town holds a meeting at City Hall on what they should do. Thomas, a university professor points out to the towns folk that Muslim Terrorists have threatened all of America for what Family Guy is going to do, and to show that they did not watch, hear, or support the episode, they should bury their heads in the sand. Stephen Stotch then makes a stirring speech that they should stand up for free speech, and not give into terrorism. But after Randy Marsh says he still likes the sand idea better the rest of the town agrees.
Cartman and Kyle are out on the highway now on their Big Wheels, and Cartman lets it slip that he is not just looking to get the one episode off the air, but the whole show. When Kyle questions him about it, he tried to cover it up by saying a show that made fun of the Muslim religion shouldn't be kept on the air. Kyle then brings up the point that Cartman's humor is very similar to Family Guy's, and asks why he would want it off the air. Eric Cartman then threatens Kyle to never compare him to Family Guy again, saying that he is nothing like Family Guy. It is at this point that Kyle realized Eric Cartman didn't care about the Muslim people or religion, but just wanted Family Guy off the air, and used fear to make him stop believing in free speech.
Cartman then explains to Kyle that the reason he wants Family Guy off the air is because everyone is always comparing his sense of humor to them. He tells Kyle that when he make jokes, it is inherent to a story, deep, emotional jokes based on what is relevant and has a point, unlike Family Guy, that just has one interchangeable joke after another. Cartman then prepares to go on his own, but Kyle stops him. After distracting Kyle, Cartman jumped on his Big Wheel, and rode off followed by Kyle, leading to a chase scene which ended when Cartman was able to drive Kyle off the road using Cheesy Poofs.
U.S. President George W. Bush meets with the Fox executives. Bush and the Fox president call each other "Mr. President" back and forth. The Fox president says that there is something secret about the Family Guy writers that Bush needs to know. At this point, it is revealed this is a two-part episode and that the conclusion will be given in the next episode. According to the ending and the "Next Week on South Park" segment, President Bush and Cartman will learn a horrible secret about the Family Guy writers that supposedly "explains everything", while the entire nation buries its head in sand. The "Next Week on South Park" segment hints that Cartman and Kyle are finally going to have a fight, at last venting years of hatred against each other.
