(The complete plot for this South Park Episode)
The episode opens with a small crowd, including Wendy, Bebe, Jessie, and others, gathered to see Paris Hilton make an appearance at the local mall.
Wendy is rebuffed by her friends for not knowing who Hilton is, and Hilton enters to the cheering crowd. Hilton presents herself as "totally spoiled and snobby", according to onlookers, and announces the opening of a store in South Park.
After the store opening Hilton takes off from South Park in her limousine chattering mindlessly on her cell phone while her dog, miserable with its existence, retrieves the chauffeur's gun and commits suicide. . Paris shrieks that "Another dog killed itself!" The limo driver himself appears less than surprised. Distraught, she sees Butters playing and decides she has to have him for her new pet. Despite her chauffer pointing out Butters is somebody's child, she decides to find his parents so that she can buy him and keep him.
Later that day, Wendy goes over to a friend's house and is quickly confronted with the Stupid Spoiled W. Video Playset, a partial reference to the Paris Hilton Tape scandal that occurred several months prior.
Horrified, Wendy makes her exit, leaving her friends to recreate Hilton's tape.
Meanwhile, Hilton sees Butters, she wants him to be her replacement pet, her driver tries to explain to her that she can't just take a child, but she throws a fit until she gets her way. She puts him in a bear costume and names him "Mr. Biggles."
Wendy tricks her father into going to the recent opened Hilton's store from South Park, hoping that using his status as an adult to get the store shut down. The things will not go as planned, as her father gets manipulated by some girls there.
Menatime Bebe announces a "Stupid Spoiled" party at her house that evening. However, they refuse to invite Wendy, stating that due to her intellect and status as Class President and stuff.
The girls start to invite the boys at the party, thei generally responding nervously, or not at all, excepting Cartman who walks past them on purpose hoping for an invitation, but is ignored.
Meanwhile, Butters has been dressed up as a bear and is being called "Mr Biggles". He introduces Paris Hilton to his parents. Hilton offers them $200 million in exchange for Butters; while Mr. and Mrs. Stotch discuss Hilton's proposal in private, Ms. Hilton herself passes out on Butters' bed. Later Hilton accepts the Stotchs’ counteroffer of $250 million. Butters does not want to live with her, but Stephen tells him that if he can raise the $250 million himself he can stay. Butters tries coal mining (digging in the back yard) while the offer is finalised.
At Bebe's party, the girls terrify the boys with their inapropriate behavior. Cartman arrives dressed very California casual and tries to enter the party but is rebuffed when twice in a row he makes up the name of the girl who apparently invited him, only for one with a matching name to appear and deny having invited him.
Wendy in the meantime has gone to Mr. Garrison's home to seek the advice from Mr. Slave which is shocked that the girls are emulating someone like Paris Hilton. Mr. Slave then rushes off to the party to explain to the girls that they should not emulate someone as Paris Hilton.
Butters escapes from Paris Hilton after seeing pictures of her former pets' suicide scenes.
Terrified, he attempts to flee--right into Bebe's ongoing party. Hilton, chasing after the child she only sees as her pet, rushes in just in time to hear Mr. Slave telling the girls about her and while Cartman sneeks in. Paris challenges Mr. Slave in some kind of duel which involves weird acts from both sides. Mr. Slaves comes up victorious and his speech seems to touch all of the adults of South Park, except for Butters' parents, who are still upset for not receiving $250 million. True to form, Butters's father informs Butters that he is grounded, and (also true to form) Butters is disappointed with both his parents for not being joyful at his return and with himself for failing to inspire said joy in them.
Meanwhile, Paris stuck inside of Mr. Slave, to her dazed surprise, she is greeted by the Frog King, who tells her to journey . This is a reference to the misadventures of Lemmiwinks in the episode "The Death Camp of Tolerance".
